BLACK SESAME & RED BEAN (v) - plant-based aromatic roasted black sesame ice cream is smeared with made-from-scratch red bean paste for a lil “R&B” remix of the classic Chinese black sesame sweet soup 🖤🫘🎶

🤭 Psst* Just like the original Chinese black sesame soup, this ice cream version is also vegan and nut free‼️ Dollops of housemade red bean paste is added for extra oomph in sweetness and to balance the umami black sesame notes~

It’s been an idyllic pleasure serving the vibrant and lively Grandview-Woodland community these past 8 years~ 🐘🌿🍨
We remain grateful to be an integral part of Vancouver’s ice cream loving community and will continue to strive to be leaders of artisanal ice cream‼️💪🏼💪🏼
When we first opened in 2018 and throughout the years, many of you have inquired if we have another location. We’re elated to finally say, “Yassssssss, it’s an official WIP.” Bingo‼️ We’re currently scouting for a second location to provide an additional safe and happy place to enjoy global-inspired scoops plus sweet treats in a modern charming minimalist space to slow down and bring delight from first lick/ spoonful/ sip. We don’t have a concrete timeline but expansion is definitely in the works 📍
Thank you very much again for choosing EGC as your go-to happy place for artisanal ice cream adventures‼️ Shout out to our team and suppliers too — your ongoing support enables us to stay afloat, grow and thrive ✨

EIGHT (8) lucky winners will win an 8️⃣ month FLIGHT PUNCH PASS to enjoy one (1) complimentary flight once per month‼️ The winners may redeem one (1) complimentary flight once a month when the passholder presents her/ his/ their “Flight Punch Pass” card (as shown above ☝🏼) at the time of redemption for a “punch” 🤩 This Flight Punch Pass card will be valid from

PEACHY PEACH OOLONG (v) - golden yellow BC peaches are combined with white peaches to concoct a juicy peachy peach pairing with a faint floral fragrant oolong tea based sorbetto 🍑🍑🍃
Available as scoops only in September‼️
Yellow and white peaches are both very sweet and fleshy stone fruits! The yellow variety is more acidic than white peaches and as it ripens the tartness will mellow and be replaced with flavourful and intense sweetness with a slight tangy tingle. White peaches have a lower acidic content and have soft delicate subtle floral sweetness. Bingo‼️ Both peach types are used to amplify the 100% all natural peach flavour in this oolong tea based sorbetto~
