But beyond all the tasty tacos and cheap drinks the backbone of Gringo is the friendly & welcoming staff. nvoluted menu of obscure house-made bitters. Gringo doesn’t do fancy, it strives to be comfortable. Gringo is fun & inviting with its bright lights & welcoming atmosphere. The food menu is simple & yet most is sourced locally & prepared just up the street at its commissary kitchen. Gringo doesn’t serve craft beer or barrel-aged cocktails because we believe it isn’t what you’re drinking, but where, & who you’re drinking with. Gringo is the kind of place that people go to because they always know they’ll be welcomed by someone who knows their name & knows their drink. Gringo is the place where everyone & anyone, regardless of who they are or how much money they make, is equally welcome to rub elbows, socialize & most importantly, relax & have some fun.
