For Executive Chef Roger Ma and Chef Peter Ho, this one-night dinner marks the reunion of two lifelong friends and features their distinct culinary journeys.
 
Together, they’ve created an intimate Omakase-style tasting menu that pairs Boulevard’s West Coast cuisine with Sumibiyaki Arashi’s Japanese yakitori and binchotan charcoal cooking, served by the chefs themselves.
