Did someone say dumplings?? Our crystal dumplings wrap a clear tapioca around veggie ground and wood ear mushrooms, sitting in a little pool of ish sauce. You can hardly get a better dumpling fix!

Whether you’re looking to try something new like the vegan konjac tripe in our House Special Pho or are craving our veggie packed Vegan Pho we’ve got you covered! Both are served with our fragrant vegan pho broth and garnished with fresh herbs and onion for a hit of flavour.

Daikon Cakes (Bánh Bột Chiên) - a classic Vietnamese street food.

Crispy daikon & rice flour cubes pan fried with egg, salted radish & green onion. Topped with papaya slaw & spiced soya sauce.

Our sauce is vinegary & spicy, but if you like a bit more heat, sriracha is a classic addition 🌶️

🌿 Introducing Cơm Hến Chay (Vegan Baby Clams) 🌿

We are so stoked for this dish! Lentils & veggie ground stirfried with seaweed & lemongrass give classic cơm hến flavour. The dish is rounded out with all the usual accoutrements: boiled peanuts, greens, pickles, vegan crackling, and a sesame rice cracker. Served with a light, bright, lemongrassy broth and a lime leaf ish sauce.

Add some broth & ish sauce to the rice and mix everything up - get that sesame cracker in there too! Then you can enjoy the rest of the broth on the side as you go.
