🥐Famous for their Croissant and cardamom kouign-amann
:For me, the croissant wasn’t as good as compared to some shops in Bangkok but the highlight was the cardamom kouign-amann!! No kidding y’all it was freakin goodddddd, literally made my day. The first bite, u will get a crispy caramelized shell, then the butter and cardamom aroma kick in. Follow by the perfect sweetness and slightly chewy texture of the dough which leave all the flavour lingering on ur tongue perfectly. If u live in Vancouver and haven’t tried it, GO GET IT

เจอของอร่อย ตอนนี้ยกขึ้นหิ้งเพราะน้องอร่อยน้ำตาไหล อมก.แคลเยอะแต่ยอมเพราะคุ้มแคลที่สุด! cardamom kouign- amann ของร้านนี้มันดียังไง นึกตามนะทุกคน กัดเข้าไปคำแรกคือเจอความบางกรอบของแป้งที่caramelizedมาอย่างดี แล้วกลิ่นเนยกับคาดามัมก็ตามมาทันทีแบบจึ้งๆ มันหอมมันฟิน ความหวานคือเพอเฟ็ค แล้วจบคำด้วยแป้งที่เหนียวนิดๆกำลังเคี้ยวสนุก หมดคำแล้วแต่กลิ่นทุกอย่างมันยังค้างที่ลิ้นแบบโคตรดี สรุปคือฟินมากๆจะไปซื้อกินอีก55555

Taco Tuesday: October seasonal flavour

It’s fall season and Rain or shine didn’t disappointed us wth their new flavours🥰 The apple crumble one is my fav, it got the right balance of cinnamon aroma with a hint of that baked apple flavour profile at the tip of your tongue. Not to mention their famous buttery waffle cone (but in a taco shape this time) which perfectly completed the texture dimension to my whole ice cream experience😆

ไอติมรสใหม่สำหรับfall seasonออก ก็ต้องรีบไปจัดสิค้าบบบ วันนี้ได้มา2รสคือapple crumble🍎 กับs’more🍫 ส่วนตัวชอบรสapple crumble ความหวานความครีมมี่คือทำมากำลังดี สำหรับตัวไอติมกลิ่นcinnamonจะค่อนข้างนำแล้วจะค่อยๆมีรสตัวbaked appleตามมาตอนปลายๆลิ้น พอกินรวมกับwaffleหอมๆของที่ร้านคือดีๆๆๆ (แอบกระซิบว่าwaffleร้านนี้คือที่สุดในใจมาโดยตลอด ไม่เคยเจอที่ไหนทำอร่อยเท่าที่นี่ บางคนสั่งโคนกินเล่นก็มี ใครได้มาเที่ยวอย่าลืมลองโคน สำคัญมากๆ!)😆

I bus 45 mins just to get the ice cream, this might tell you how much I love this ice cream shop called “Earnest”. The flavour I got was sweet corn blueberry swirl🫐🌽; a luscious sweet cream base with tangy blueberry swirl and a chunk of sweet corn! The first bite literally sent me to heaven, I can’t help but just smile with happiness. Note: their ice cream is pretty huge and on the sweeter side (a bit too sweet for me, but what can I do when it’s so good🥺)

เรานั่งบัส45นาทีเพื่อไปกินไอติมร้านนี้โดยเฉพาะ(ร้านชื่อEarnest) ถ้าไม่ชอบจริงไม่ลงทุนขนาดนี้นะ! วันนี้เราได้รสsweet corn blueberry swirl🫐🌽มาลอง เป็นเบสนมๆครีมๆมีซอสบลูเบอรรี่ที่ออกเปรี้ยวๆหน่อยแทรกกับชิ้นข้าวโพดหวาน ถึงมันจะหวานมากไปสำหรับเราแล้วแต่มันฟินมากเช่นกัน รสกับtextureมันตัดกันดีงามมาก คำแรกคือแฮปปี้มากยิ้มกว้างแบบฟินออกมาเองอัตโนมัติ เก็ทฟีลใช่ป้ะ5555
Note: ร้านนี้ไอติมให้ปริมาณใหญ่มากและรสชาติร้านเค้าจะออกไปทางค่อนข้างหวานนน

Finally back in Vancouver and here’s an ice cream review! This is one of my fav ice cream shop
The flavour we got today is Blueberry balsamic🫐: An aromatic vanilla+blueberry base ice cream with a swirl of tangy balsamic to balance the flavour😋 so creamy yet refreshing, just right for the summer☀️

เนื่องจากช่วงนี้ยังไม่มีรอบเปิดออเดอร์ ทางร้านเลยขอโพสรีวิวไอติม+อาหารที่Vancouverไปพลางๆให้หายคิดถึงกันก่อนนะค้า🥺💗

กลับมาถึงVancouverทั้งที สิ่งนึงที่ต้องทำคือทานหนึ่งในไอติมร้านโปรด รสที่เลือกมาวันนี้คือblueberry balsamic หอมวานิลลากับบลูเบอรี่ไม่พอ มีความเปรี้ยวของbalsamicมาตัดรส ฟินสุดๆสำหรับช่วงsummerนี้เลย😆

We initially do this flavour just to please our craving for matcha, but as a farewell, we decided to share this with y’all for the last 2 order rounds💗We use imported premium Uji matcha from Japan for our rich and umami base. Then, swirl a perfect amount of our homemade white chocolate azuki bean sauce over to add the depth of sweetness. To top off, we put in our homemade chocolate cake to add some chunky texture. Voilà an extra and classy flavour for y’all to enjoy🥰
