This limited edition pastry is a delicious celebration of two Vancouver favourites, bringing together the bold flavours of authentic Cantonese BBQ and the craftsmanship of artisan French baking. This special quiche features Chinatown BBQ’s signature Crispy Roasted Pork nestled in Beaucoup Bakery’s buttery, flaky pastry, baked with a rich savoury egg custard, aged cheese, and fresh herbs. Each quiche is finished with crispy pork crackling and drizzle of house-made hoisin glaze. Every bite delivers layers of sweet, savoury, smoky, and crispy textures, as well as Chinatown spirit.

Available at Chinatown BBQ (130 E Pender St) 12pm until sold out on Aug 8 - 9 on a first-come, first-served basis. See you then!
