We are thrilled to unveil our new dinner menu at Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge! Thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Stefan Hartmann, this summer offering celebrates bold flavors, refined technique, and the very best in seasonal, local, and organic ingredients.

Returning by popular demand is our Haida Gwaii halibut, alongside new team-favorites like a Truffled Beef Tartare and Nova Scotia Poached Lobster Salad. This refreshed menu highlights a dynamic range of options, from light, vibrant dishes to rich, indulgent plates, designed to showcase the diversity of the season.

We are also excited to relaunch our From the Grill program, featuring premium cuts of Alberta beef, prepared simply and expertly to let quality ingredients take center stage.
