Elements Diner Make everything from scratch. All our food products are house-made and we use local ingredients. We aim to provide fresh & delicious dishes!

Elements Diner located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, next to the legendary BC Place, offers inventive East meets West cuisine and a come-as-you are atmosphere. Opened April 27th, 2016 by two chefs from Hong Kong, we offer quality food at exceptional prices in a superb dining environment . Whether you are looking for lunch or a relaxing dinner. Our name, Elements Diner, was influenced by the

different elements of food that create our delicious and unique menu. Chef Joe and chef Mary both get their inspiration from several different countries in Asia, such as Philippines, Hong Kong, Japan and Taiwan. All our dishes our house made and NO MSG added. Our specialty dishes are spicy crab sandwich inspired by Hong Kong cuisine, spicy fried garlic crab served with chipotle mayonnaise and ciabatta. Crispy Pata which is a crispy pork knuckle with spiced soy vinaigrette. Our smoked salmon with avocado crispy rice pizza and warmed salmon avocado salad are our customer favorites. We always use fresh ingredients and pride ourselves in making the best dishes to satisfy every palate.
