Today’s Vancouver Sun feature celebrates our General Manager Taylor, Chef Hawksworth and the team behind Nightingale.

From day one, it's been about quality on the plate, high standards in the room and a culture people want to grow with.

Big thanks to Scott Garrett, Chris Rielly, Tim Lambden, and Chef David Zhou for their leadership in shaping Nightingale over the years — and to Chef Hawksworth for the vision that started it all.
