To our incredible Good Thief team thank you for the long nights, hard work, and all the heart you bring through those doors. This Bib is yours. ❤️

To our sister restaurant Anh & Chi, our family, friends and everyone who has supported us from day one — thank you for always cheering us on and reminding us that we’re never doing this alone.

Come join us at From Farms to Forks, Growing Chefs’ signature kitchen party, connecting chefs, growers and communities through food. ✨

Anh and Chi will be serving our take on Bánh khọt with local East Coast lobster and farm-sourced produce, while Good Thief will be mixing up a signature cocktail pairing.

Expect tasting plates, drinks, live music and plenty of community spirit — all in support of food education for kids across the Lower Mainland.

We’re proud to have raised over $500,000 for local charities through our Reservation by Donation program, including $17,540 for Growing Chefs. 💚

She’s Got Layers is the perfect finish — Bird’s eye chili & caramelized peanut mousse between layers of banana cake, dipped in white chocolate & roasted peanut rocher. Served with refreshing banana coconut pineapple gelato, drizzled in umami fish sauce caramel and topped with maldon salt.

Sweet, salty, creamy, and just a little spicy. ✨

Summer has officially wrapped with Car Free Day ☀️

We had so much fun! A big thank you, as always, to our teams at Good Thief, Anh and Chi and Mẹ’s by Anh and Chi for bringing it all together. It was such a blast having everyone out, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the day with us.

And just because summer’s over doesn’t mean the fun has to stop — there’s still plenty happening at Good Thief 😉🍸
