We recently celebrated our 20th anniversary and Matt’s birthday. ❤️

Milestones like these have a way of reminding me how good it is to simply do life together with your people.

We didn’t do anything big...because honestly, we didn’t really feel the need to. After 20 years, it’s the everyday things that mean the most. Raising our family, running the business, sharing meals, BBq-ing with friends and family, hanging by the fire, laughing about the same old things… basically, just doing what we’ve been doing all these years.

And somehow, that ordinary life together feels pretty special. ❤️

Remember Faith, our manager who recently became a new mom and is now on maternity leave? She joined us for our team BBQ at my house yesterday — and brought her adorable little dumpling along!

Babies are the best! Between all the catching up, food and silly jokes, we were basically fighting over who got to hold this little guy next.

It was cold and gloomy outside, but that didn’t stop us from having such a lovely time together. So grateful we got to slow down, catch up and enjoy each other’s company before summer ends and the busy season begins!

Nothing fancy — just good food, lots of laughs, and a little baby stealing everyone’s attention.❤️
