We are hiring for a Closing Shift Supervisor to lead the frontline retail team at Bao Bakery. The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
This is a Full-Time position, must be able to work from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
Compensation including tips starts from ~$18.00+ and is based on experience.
Duties:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the frontline retail staff
- Training new staff
- Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage
- Using POS system/Debit and Credit terminals
- Resolves customer complaints and issues
- Maintains retail area clean and tidy to meet sanitation and safety standards
