Hello, Marulilu Lovers.
How’s everything? We hope you doing well.

Those few weeks, We have huge system problems of Uber eats.

We are not sure that some Uber eats technician did change the wrong way, or the Uber system got bug on our page.

1. Some sold out items is available actually, but we can not take off the tag of sold out.
After 10min or 1-2 hours later, the food backed to sold-out, even the food is pushed available button already on Yesterday.
This problem was my regular customer told me by phone call,
they wanted order our curry, but they found all of our curry were sold-out Whole day.
This customer order curry by phone and they came to pick up by themselves.
Thanks so much we are really appreciate that.

2. Conversely, the food already sold-out, backed to available without knowing.
We got some order are already sold-out, so we can not complete for their order.
We are really sorry about.

3. We are sharing same modifier with some other foods and the other category, that was linked used be.
Previously at the push button of sold out, all sold-out products turned to be sold out
But Start from 2-3weeks ago, the link was broken.
So if we got sold out we have to push the sold out button every single items.
Its took us 3-5min.
Last week, We got order that we already sold out during we keep pushing sold out button.
So we could not completed to make orders for some customers.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

4. For same reason, We need 3-4hours for just change the name of daily soup, b/c more than 60 items shering same modifier.
So some of the food is unavailable with side soup or other side menu when we changing the name of the soup.

5. Egg benny.
Our customer have to choose the dressing for egg benny even the customer dose not order the salad.
Regular customer told us about this when they order the eggs benny.
We tried to fixed it but the dressing button come back to on eggs benny page on Next day.
For including other reasons, we do not enough time to fix for problems of eggs benny.
So if you want to order the eggs benny thorough the Uber ordering system, please choose the dressing now. But we will not put the dressing if you are not order a salad.

We have more other problems with Uber systems those 2-3 weeks, we are keep trying to fix them now. but the problems come back without knowing, anytime.

We are really sorry for inconvenience.
And I hope the customers who ordered thorough the Uber eats ordering system, and could not get exactly they want, read this notice.
We are really feel sorry for our Valued customers.

Hello, our valued customers.

We already announced that we had problem with pick up service once before.

its have not figure out yet.

And now, we have other problems from pick up service.

we noticed some customer never received their order even they already paid for.



Mostly the reason of the cancelled is

"the delivery partner cancelled this order, be cause they could not reached the customer"

We hope the customers could get their order even later or could get money back.

This Monday, one of the driver cancelled to deliver in front of us, be cause "too far to drive for him"

he said I will sent the other driver, but never show up the second driver.

we were busy after he left and 45min later we could reach to pick up company office.

a lots of driver cancelled the order to deliver b/c of too far to drive to them.

We want to apologize if you could not get your order from pick up service and still have not get back your money yet, please let us know.

Good Morning, Marulilu lovers.

We have some problem with our page at Uber eats.
Keep showing "Currently unavailable"
since we are open this morning.

I contacted Uber eats Office, but they could not figure out.
and still unavailable, now.

So you might be can not order through the Uber eats for whole day.

Hello. Dear our valued customers.

First of all we want to apologize and appreciate about our service with a pick up service.

We passed 2weeks since we had partner of a pick up service.
Those 2 weeks were really tough and hard time for us.

We supposed to have 15min to prep time before drivers coming.

But First day We found, when we got order, the tablet started counting time to less 10min to driver's coming.

sometime after we touched the button of confirm, the tablet said driver is arriving, even never gave to us the time to cooking.

3rd days, we started to use the pause button to stop the new order for 10-15min.
and customer keep calling to us, how come our page is currently not available.
when we need to pause the new order, we have to choose the reason why, but there is not "Busy" button on selection, so each time we have to punch the reason in keypad. Its takes sometimes for us.

and the delay button, some time never show up, even we wanted to request the delay.

after 3rd day, we changed time of prep to 20min, but we did not see any different.

So those 2 weeks, we did not enough time to cook, we could not choose the delay, and even drivers didn't know they came to pick up around or within 10min.

We asked to the help desk
how can we figure out those problem, and the operator checked all of our page, but he could not find the cause of problems.
He said he will report this problems, but not sure when they can figure out.

We just want to say sorry the all of our customers and the drivers got in trouble with our orders.

But we just did and will do the our best with this problems.

The operator, drivers did the right things, but the systems has unknown cause now.
