Hello, Marulilu Lovers.
How’s everything? We hope you doing well.
Those few weeks, We have huge system problems of Uber eats.
We are not sure that some Uber eats technician did change the wrong way, or the Uber system got bug on our page.
1. Some sold out items is available actually, but we can not take off the tag of sold out.
After 10min or 1-2 hours later, the food backed to sold-out, even the food is pushed available button already on Yesterday.
This problem was my regular customer told me by phone call,
they wanted order our curry, but they found all of our curry were sold-out Whole day.
This customer order curry by phone and they came to pick up by themselves.
Thanks so much we are really appreciate that.
2. Conversely, the food already sold-out, backed to available without knowing.
We got some order are already sold-out, so we can not complete for their order.
We are really sorry about.
3. We are sharing same modifier with some other foods and the other category, that was linked used be.
Previously at the push button of sold out, all sold-out products turned to be sold out
But Start from 2-3weeks ago, the link was broken.
So if we got sold out we have to push the sold out button every single items.
Its took us 3-5min.
Last week, We got order that we already sold out during we keep pushing sold out button.
So we could not completed to make orders for some customers.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
4. For same reason, We need 3-4hours for just change the name of daily soup, b/c more than 60 items shering same modifier.
So some of the food is unavailable with side soup or other side menu when we changing the name of the soup.
5. Egg benny.
Our customer have to choose the dressing for egg benny even the customer dose not order the salad.
Regular customer told us about this when they order the eggs benny.
We tried to fixed it but the dressing button come back to on eggs benny page on Next day.
For including other reasons, we do not enough time to fix for problems of eggs benny.
So if you want to order the eggs benny thorough the Uber ordering system, please choose the dressing now. But we will not put the dressing if you are not order a salad.
We have more other problems with Uber systems those 2-3 weeks, we are keep trying to fix them now. but the problems come back without knowing, anytime.
We are really sorry for inconvenience.
And I hope the customers who ordered thorough the Uber eats ordering system, and could not get exactly they want, read this notice.
