Artisan Gluten Free, Sugar Free & Vegan Bakery Quality speaks for itself. We are consistently building recipes and searching out the best and unique ingredients.

Started by Mike Robinson; who combines his Culinary certification, Life Coach and Regisiterd Holistic Nutritionist Certification to bring a unique approach to breaking down the myths of eating healthy and sacrificing taste. People often feel that in order to have something healthy, they have to sacrifice quality and or taste. We use flowers, herbs, spices, whole foods, macrobiotic ingredients and

many Coconut based products along with new and exciting alternative safer sweeteners to name a few in all of our products. In the non vegan category, we use only local butter and eggs as well as locally operated Omega Nutrition products for the Vegan menu. We use mostly Certified Organic ingredients whenever it is possible. There is only non Gluten flours and products in the bakery and no white sugar at all. Every recipe is unique and has been designed by myself with quality, innovation and nutrition in mind. There is something for every preference, allergy or awareness with much more to come as we grow.
