Perfect dish for the gloomy day

Curry Rice with Beef Belly Katsu and egg

Our Dosanko style curry making is started with making Tonkatsu sauce. You get the flavorful pulp then add a bunch of spices, onions and ground pork with chicken bone broth, adding chef’s love. We serve with a sizzling iron bowl with melted mozzarella cheese on top. Enjoy!
