Grapes & Soda offers a unique dining experience where an ever-changing and carefully cultivated list of natural, organic and biodynamic wines take pride of place with seasonally inspired small plates. An intimate, 25-seat room located in Vancouver’s chic South Granville neighbourhood, next door to its acclaimed sister restaurant Farmer’s Apprentice, Grapes & Soda shares not only the same décor and

spirit but also the fresh, local, farm-to-table philosophy for which Farmer’s Apprentice has become known. Open for 5 days a week ( Tueasday-Saturday), from 5 – 11 p.m. as well as for private events and tastings, Grapes & Soda also features a selection of snacks, cheeses and charcuterie as well as dessert plates paired with house-made artisanal cocktails and happy-hour specials available between 5 and 6:30 p.m.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Alfred is no stranger to the bar industry working at various places including most notable, the Diamond. He opened up Project Gigglewater in Toronto and later opened Overpressure Club (now Gochu Libre Kantina) that scored 24th in Canada's 100 best bars.
Come hang out with Alfred and enjoy some of his signature cocktails along with some food features!
