Pizzeria Barbarella is closing. Our last day of service will be tomorrow, Sunday, March 2nd.
We hope you'll have a chance to come by for some final slices.
Huge thanks to our loyal customers, our wonderful suppliers, and to our truly awesome staff! Despite the lack of financial success, Barbarella has always been a very special place because of all of you, and it's been an honour to be part of the community.
We're proud to have hosted many celebratory dinners, date nights, birthday parties, and so on, and to have been able to feed you on those rainy and gross nights when you just didn't want to cook and craved some great pizza and drinks in a cozy and friendly place.
It's also a delight knowing that there are several kids around the world born to parents who met while working together at Barbarella. (For those former staff who met their significant other at Barbarella but have not had kids yet, no pressure. Do what's right for you.) We're glad to have been able to foster a workplace where people got along and could be themselves, and got to use their talent and creativity to sling the city's best pizzas.
