Marcelo & Caíco - Brazilian Cuisine Two Brazilian chefs, Marcelo Castilho and Caíco Bertin. In 2014, we started working in a small and quaint restaurant.

About us:

Two Brazilian partners, Marcelo Castilho and Caíco Bertin, both professional chefs, very much involved with the routine challenges of feeding people and making them satisfied with both day-to-day meals and special occasions. We also understand the importance of preserving the characteristics of our culture through food, especially when we live abroad. Our project:

Our mission is to offer balanced and nutritious meals which showcase while preserving the diversity and richness of the Brazilian cuisine. In 2013, we started to produce frozen food, intending to nurture an affective memory of Brazilian families living in Greater Vancouver and to serve all those who are interested in trying the specialities of our cuisine. It operates from Monday to Friday, only for breakfast, lunch and catering. That is when we had the idea to host dinners on scheduled dates to share our passion and show our work.
