Dear Circus Play Cafe Community,
The past few days have been overwhelming in the best way possible. Since announcing our closure, we have been deeply touched by the outpouring of love, concern, and support from all of you. It has become clear that saying goodbye on such short notice was simply too soon—not just for us, but for the families who have made this place their own over the years.
Because of this, and thanks to the generosity of our landlord, the Millennium Group, we are able to extend our closing date until the end of February, with limited hours over the next two weeks. This hasn’t been an easy road, and while closing was never what we wanted, they have been fair, understanding, and genuinely kind throughout the process. Though our hearts are still heavy, we want to give our community the chance to visit, play, and say goodbye properly. This space has meant so much to so many, and we want to honor that in the best way we can.
The love and support we’ve received have been truly overwhelming in the most heartwarming way. Honestly, I’m almost afraid to open the comments because I know I’ll end up in tears reading all of your beautiful messages. Your kindness means the world to us.
Thank you for standing with us, for your words of encouragement, and for reminding us just how special Circus Play Cafe has been. We hope to see you during our limited hours in the next two weeks for one last laugh, one last cup of coffee, and one last playdate before we say our final farewell.
