TERRA NOVA SOUR
Our GM's signature cocktail, The Terra Nova Sour, is an homage to all things Newfoundland. Inspired by the brilliant sunsets of central Newfoundland and Lor's beloved family cabin, this spiced rum sour combines the herbaceous notes of earl grey tea with the comforting flavors of homemade pies.
