🍿 Caramel Popcorn: popcorn-infused custard and in-house, handmade caramel popcorn
☕ Espresso Hazelnut Crunch: 49th Parallel espresso, with toasted hazelnuts and hazelnut praline swirl (v)(n)
🌟 Honeycomb: vanilla custard with crunchy, in-house handmade chocolate-covered honeycomb
🍋 Lemon Meringue Pie: lemon custard cream, toasted meringue, with graham crumbs (g)
🌸 Lychee Rose Sorbet: lychee, rose water, and a touch of lemon (v)

The moment you’ve been waiting for. Mini Egg ice cream returns on Saturday!

Creamy pastel custard cream with crushed Cadbury mini eggs. And this year, we're also introducing a chocolate version, made with our Valrhona ganache base. Available for a limited time 🤍

Both are available in scoops and glass jars so you can enjoy in store and at home.

We are back with a new menu and two specials to help you celebrate this February.

∙ Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake ∙
Our first special is for Valentine's Day. White chocolate custard swirled with tart raspberry coulis and velvety cheesecake bites with crunchy graham crumb. Rich, luxurious and made for sharing - or not.

∙ Mandarin Chrysanthemum ∙
Our second special is in honour of Lunar New Year. Mandarin orange for good fortune and happiness, chrysanthemum for longevity. Paired together for a refreshing and sweet sorbet, with candied mandarin for depth.

Dear friends,

We've missed you!

We had a relaxing and energising break. We took time to reflect, introduce new faces to the team, and brainstorm new ideas and flavours.

Now we are ready for the year ahead! Our doors reopen on February 11th, just in time for Valentine's Day ❤️ and Lunar New Year 🐴. And stay tuned - we have an exciting new 🍦 menu to share with you soon.
