Welcome to the C&C family, Chef Warren Chow!
We’ve been so excited to officially welcome Chef Warren to the Cocktails & Canapés team as our Culinary Director.
Some of you may have already had the chance to meet Chef Warren on site at events over the past few months — and if you have, you’ve probably seen firsthand the passion, creativity, and calm leadership he brings to every kitchen and event. While he’s been bringing his energy and expertise to our events, he’s also been working behind the scenes revamping, refining, and reimagining our menus.
Born and raised in British Columbia, Chef Warren’s cooking brings together classical French technique, West Coast ingredients and global influences. His years of dedication to the culinary world have earned him recognition both at home and on the international stage and we’re so excited that his journey has now brought him to C&C.
From representing Canada and earning a gold medal at the 2022 ExpoGast Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg, to being recognized by the Michelin Guide for three consecutive years and receiving the Michelin Young Chef Award in 2023, Chef Warren has built an incredible career rooted in creativity, technique, and a passion for hospitality.
But beyond the accolades, it’s Chef’s passion for mentorship and creating memorable dining experiences that makes him such an exciting addition to our team.
