The Harvest lives up to its name. 🍎

Fresh apple, melted cheese and herbes de Provence come together on the griddle for a crêpe that feels made for these cooler market mornings.

And if you’ve been eyeing that roasted kabocha squash from our recent posts, this is the crêpe to add it to. The earthy sweetness of the squash plays beautifully with the apple and the subtle floral note of lavender in the herbes de Provence.

Another favourite? Add our caramelized onion jam for a deeper sweet-and-savoury twist.

Or, if you’re feeling particularly autumnal… add both. 😉

The last reel showed the roasting.

This is where that beautiful kabocha squash ends up.

The Mediterranean — mushrooms, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes and melted cheese, with your choice of roasted kabocha squash or caramelized onions, all folded up hot on the griddle.

And if you fall for the roasted kabocha, you can add it to any of our crêpes. 😉
