A day is clearly not enough to reflect and understand the hardships that were forced upon the original Canadians. So it's important that we remind each other daily that life is precious and so is every individual person and to be grateful for what we have, even if it's just a roof over our heads, access to clean water and warm food -- because a lot of the world doesn't even have those basics.

On that note, all people that identify indigenous (and have their status card for verification) can get a FREE MEAL from us, today, tomorrow, Saturday or Sunday. Yes, you heard that right. A free sandwich, a free side and a free non alcoholic drink. It's the least we can offer to help out our local community and hopefully start the healing process among our people.

Snack time and share plates are a thing again!

Our new "Chick Puffs" have officially launched and they are everything you want in a chicken chip. Light, airy, crispy and deliciously seasoned. Accompanied by a cucumber whiskey vinaigrette to dip, creating a marriage of insatiable yumminess that'll leave you wanting more.

$10 for a unique offering that can be downed solo or shared around the table, alongside a $5 beer or wine and life is pretty darn good considering we survived the hottest temperatures ever recorded in this fine city.

.. so is our covered patio if you want to roast, but we advise joining us inside if you need to cool down. And why not, while here, eat delicious, local, hormone and antibiotic free fare, then wash it back with a nice 2° cold beer, cider or cocktail.
