Way back in May, I had the pleasure of putting on a collaborative dinner with and .coffeebar

Kebs makes ice cream, yes — but Kebs also makes food!

With SO many moving parts, this dinner became such a touching reminder of how awesome people are. Hands jumped into the kitchen to help me plate — voluntarily and beautifully. Friends and guests stepped in and became servers for the night. Photographers came out and stopped time with their craft so we could relive it all later (well… now, as I finally post it!).

From the Kamwai team making delicious products for me to play with, to the O5 Tea(m) for dreaming up this collab and pairing each course so thoughtfully with tea, to the entire Funk crew for putting up with me and giving me the freedom to be as unapologetically me as possible — thank you.

And finally, to all the guests who showed up, who were present, and who shared their excitement for food and beverage together… this night wouldn’t have been what it was without you.

This is a love letter to what we can create together — to the people around me who continue to support me in everything I do, and to the organizations (and the people behind them) who champion community involvement and bring people together.

Today is the second last day of the pop up! Come by to try some ice cream inspired by the flavours of Taiwan!
