It’s not too late…yet! We still have a few open spots in our upcoming "Better Together" Couples’ cooking class on February 11th at 11am, just in time for Valentines Day: learn to cook and clean a live one-pound lobster, and prepare a Warm Lobster and Sturgeon Caviar Salad to share. For the main event, each couple will work together to create a Salt Crusted Whole Sea Bream with sauteed French Du Puy Lentils, and Almond Caper Lemon Brown Butter Sauce. The perfect gourmet date will finish with Lemon Basil Crepes with Warm Berry Compote and praise to your partner for a meal to remember. Cooking really is better together!
