Mẹt Bánh Ướt chồng đĩa– A Taste of Spring at Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen 🌿

To welcome the season, Ganh Vietnamese Kitchen introduces our Vietnamese Steamed Rice Rolls Platter – Mẹt Bánh Ướt.

The platter features soft steamed rice rolls served with grilled shrimp paste on lemongrass (chạo tôm), grilled pork (nem nướng), crispy roasted pork, and green rice pork patty (chả cốm), presented on a traditional bamboo tray with fresh herbs and house fish sauce.

The combination creates a light, balanced dish — a true taste of spring, fresh and full of Vietnamese flavors. 🌸
