This variety is certainly a crowd-pleaser with its rich aroma, chocolatey flavours and creamy texture. Its versatility makes it greats for all kinds of brewing methods including espresso. If you're a Starbucks drinker, this a must try.
In terms of sourcing, this coffee is a small producer blend from a coffee cooperative working in the district of Lonya Grande of Peru. The cooperative work with farmers to help provide agronomical assistance at the farm level. They have also helped achieve organic and fair trade certifications, which help ensure a premium price is negotiated for the farmers' coffee.
