Dear Valued ZUBU Kerrisdale Guests,
We were recently informed of an unexpected situation involving the independent franchise operator of our Kerrisdale location. As our head office team had been actively supporting the location, this development also came as a surprise to us, and we sincerely apologize that we were not able to provide an update sooner.
Our team is now working diligently to determine the best path forward, with the goal of reopening the Kerrisdale location and serving the community again as soon as possible. We kindly ask for your patience while we work through the necessary operational and administrative steps.
In the meantime, our Downtown Vancouver, Metrotown, and Park Royal locations remain open and are operating as usual. We would be delighted to welcome you at any of these locations.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and confusion this situation has caused. We are committed to handling the matter responsibly and doing everything possible to bring the ZUBU food and experience you love back to Kerrisdale.
