Meal Prep this Sunday!!
I offer fully cooked ready to heat/eat meal prep,
Delivered once a week every Sunday,

Meals have big portions
6 oz lean protein
8 oz vegetable
5 oz brown rice/ starch

I make a new menu weekly to ensure variety.

You can pick and choose which items you like and vary the quantity as much as you like

Meals are $17 ea
Plus $10 per delivery

I deliver all over the Lower Mainland.

No Frozen Items
No Premade Items/ Sauces/ Ingredients
No Seed Oils- Only Olive Oil

Hand Selected Items - No Bulk Ingredients
