POV: it’s 10pm, you’re still working, and cooking is NOT happening tonight 🍜

Grabbed a Franklin frozen ramen from the freezer → dropped the frozen block straight into the pot → went back to answering emails while it heated up.

A few minutes later: yuzu shio broth, real chashu, zero effort. Back to work, but make it ramen.

Keep a couple in your freezer for the nights you just can’t. Future you will thank you 🙏

Vancouver’s best-kept ramen secret 🍜

We’re not famous. Most people walk right past our door.
But every bowl starts in our kitchen — noodles made in-house, broth simmered for hours, toppings done by hand.

Come find us before everyone else does 👀

We’re not the most famous ramen spot in Vancouver.

Honestly, a lot of people still don’t even know we’re here.

But every bowl we make is something we genuinely believe in. 🍜

No hype. No fancy tricks.
Just good ramen, made with care, waiting in a little hidden corner of Vancouver.

If you’ve already found us, thank you for supporting a small local ramen shop. 🤍

And if you haven’t… maybe this is your sign.

POV: life is actually pretty good.

Late-night anime, no plans, and a bowl of ramen that hits exactly when you need it most 🍜

For those nights when you just want to stay in, relax, and eat something actually good.

Keep Franklin ramen in your freezer for the cravings that always show up late.
