✨️ Located along Victoria Dr, Nishiki Sushi has been serving Vancouver community since 2008. Known for affordable and innovative sushi rolls, this establishement is also specialized in teriyaki and tempura. They also serve BBQ, Sashimi, and huge variety of drinks.

👉 The highlight of the meal was the aburi nigiris, especially the salmon belly nigiri! The fat layer of salmon belly topped with their special sauce and torched to perfection. 🤤 The Assorted Sashimi Oshi Sushi was my second favorite, each of the sushi was topped with creamy spicy sauce. 😋 If you are not in the mood of eating rice, Knight roll would be the perfect solution. It is a "no rice" roll made of cucumber. Last but not least, the Dinner Set is great value with great variety. It consists of Vancouver Roll, salmon & tuna sashimi, tempura, & a bowl of rice. 🤩
