We are incredibly proud that we received the Sello M, an international distinction awarded by Mexico’s Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores (SRE) and the Mexican Academy of Gastronomy (AMG) to recognize those who authentically represent and promote Mexican gastronomy abroad. 🌎🇲🇽

The Sello M is built around the values of cultural identity, authenticity, and respect for traditional culinary techniques. 🌽🌮❤️

Its recognition considers:
✨ A menu that reflects the richness and diversity of traditional Mexican cuisine.
✨ Respect for traditional culinary processes and techniques.
✨ Authentic ingredients and flavors that preserve Mexico’s culinary heritage.
✨ Experienced and knowledgeable culinary staff.

An UNFORGETTABLE weekend! 🇲🇽⚽🏆

Thank you to everyone who stopped by Sabor a Yucatán at the Granville Island Watch Party for the third-place match and the World Cup FINAL 🙌 Sharing tacos, burritos, and our horchata & jamaica aguas frescas with you all while soaking in the World Cup energy is a memory we’ll hold onto 💛

Every taco we made, every smile we saw, every “this is so good!” we heard… that’s exactly why we do what we do: bringing a little taste of Yucatán to Vancouver 🌴🌮

Nos sentimos profundamente honrados de recibir el reconocimiento otorgado por el Consulado General de México en Vancouver Consulmex Vancouver y la Academia Mexicana de Gastronomía Academia Mexicana Gastronomía por nuestra labor en la promoción de la gastronomía mexicana en el exterior.

Este reconocimiento pertenece a todos nuestros clientes, amigos, colaboradores y familia que han creído en nuestro proyecto desde el primer día.
