We will host a tiny event on April 1 just a gathering for coffee people starting at 5pm or a bit earlier:)Naoto and his partner Abby will brew some decafs (Los Nogales Mosto decaf by ).
Maybe coffee and some snacks will be available too.
Ticket is $15 plus tax :) DM us if you wanted to join us for this event.

We are looking for some talented and motivated people to join our team at the waterfall building and OIDÉ LABO(our roastery location).

For the waterfall building, we are adding 1-2 experienced barista for full/part time. *at least 2 years experiences working in specialty coffee shops. (Starts at late march or after)

For OIDÉ LABO, we are hiring 2-3 coffee professionals to elevate coffee culture together in Vancouver.
(Probably starting around mid April-May depends on renovation)
You must have
-have strong passion for specialty coffee
-worked in specialty coffee in 3 years at least
-strong knowledge and skillset
-humble and willing to improve more
-motivation to join competitions by competing or judging

For OIDÉ LABO(1886 Scotia St), we are looking for an experienced baker/pastry chef as well:)

We are trying to make our company for coffee people to stay in coffee as a career. It is amazing to be able to do what you love for living. We look for passionate coffee people who want more growth and achieve something special together.

Ok it’s another end of the year and thank you all for your support. 2025 was the year that we made a big change as we stopped serving matcha which we initially started with back in 2018 at the window. People who’s been supporting since the window and Clark, we really appreciate for your support:)
Thanks to Oidé family who made all of your drinks, we could have another amazing year and we could start planning on starting our own roastery/lab sometime next year.
Vancouver is an amazing city and we are all part of it to make it even better. We all should drink better coffee, be nice to each other and appreciate what we have been given.
2026 will be an exciting year for us and we hope you will be with us sometimes or all the times (if you want:) you are all welcomed to Oidé and let’s make 2026 a special year for all of us.

Hi it’s Rika! I’m going to host a kids event with Esther(we are team mama on Sep 30th at Oidé) ⚠️shop is closed⚠️no regular brewing service. All our staff are taking the day off. If you see them it means they come to have fun!

I’ve been wanting to do a kids friendly event or have a space since my daughter Kiki was born. When kids are happy, parents are happy(I know it’s not always). This is my first time to host an event, I’ll try my best but take it easy on me. All hosts and vendors are mamas with their own little ones too!

🎃 Kids pottery for Halloween - paint a clay pumpkin or make a little ghost. For little kids to big kids! Limited spots *first come, first serve by mama Esther

🛍️ Market for kids
- kids swimwear by OCIN
- all handmade fabric pumpkins, beaded accessories and more
- pre-loved kids clothing, shoes, toys and books for baby to 10 years old

🍋 Lemonade stand serve by kids(hopefully)- actually going to make lemonade with yuzu. Draw on your own cup! Sparkling water and tea for adults. And some treats! One of my baker friend is going to make pumpkin shaped cookie and kids can put icing on their own cookie!

We are looking to add 1-2 experienced baristas in our team.
We are looking for someone who
-has experiences working in specialty coffee for at least 2 years
-loves what we do and want to even make it more special
-is available to work 5days including Sundays
-can commit long term

Oidé will be a place for baristas to brew and serve specialty coffee to our guests. You won’t have to whisk during your shift:)
