Akayu Miso Ramen

It's been a while, ramen heads! We're back and we can't wait to be serving you our noods once again!

Inspired by the shop that originated the style, Ryushanhai, this ramen consists of pork broth, miso tare, braised pork belly chashu, menma, naruto and aonori. Perfect for keeping you warm in this cold weather.
*Note: Chashu will be served unrolled just to make it authentic af✌️

Our Sinigang Ramen is a chicken/pork broth with tamarind/miso base. A perfect harmony of sour and savoury broth that will warm you up in the cold winter days.
