The Great Canadian Country Cabin Chip Hut is a small stand located in the Collins Bay Flea Market parking lot just off of Bath road. Every meal has been crafted with passion from a family of food-driven people.

We’re firing up the grill for a great lunch, but this old body is taking a bit longer than anticipated to heal up. For that reason, we’ll be closing early today.

Quick update, folks!
On Sunday morning I took a country cabin wipeout at the Chip Hut and strained my right shoulder. I could still run the front cash on Sunday, but today my arm has officially filed for vacation.

Long story short: I won’t be smashing burgers or lifting fry baskets on Tuesday, so we’ll be CLOSED July 14th.

Sorry for any inconvenience.
