We had a great time at the Fusion Gala 2011 at Angus Glen Golf Club. Raised money in support of Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
We served goat cheese, sun-dried tomato & basil wrapped with Pingue prosciutto. Hundreds of happy guests enjoyed these during cocktail hour.
