🎶 Performer Spotlight: Sharon Rose

Sharon Rose is a singer, songwriter, musician, and teacher from Thunder Bay, Ontario.

For more than 20 years, Sharon has shared her love of music and drama with students through the Lakehead District School Board in Northwestern Ontario, creating meaningful performance experiences and helping inspire the next generation of artists.

A familiar voice in the local arts community, Sharon has performed in numerous events and productions, including her Magnus Theatre (Northwestern Ontario’s only professional theatre) debut in LIES AND LEGENDS: THE MUSICAL STORIES OF HARRY CHAPIN last summer, as well as Magnus Theatre in Education’s 10X10 PLAY FESTIVAL and most recently, this summer’s production of“Stan Roger’s A Matter of of Heart” singing, playing the fiddle, cello, guitar, piano, electric bass, and kazoo!

She is also currently recording original music, with plans to release an album next fall!

Sharon is on vacation in BC and excited to share her voice through music in BC!
