This post comes with Mixed Emotions as we notify our Loyal customers that Cubby's Chip Truck will NOT be opening for the upcoming season, as the business has officially been SOLD.

We would like to extend our Deepest Gratification to our MANY loyal customers that we have been able to serve over the years. It is because of you that our Little Food Truck became so popular.

The New ownership will be re-opening under a new name in the Shannonville area in the weeks to come. Please pay them a visit as we are passing on a few Tricks of the Trade so they can continue to serve Great Food.

Cubby who was our Dad and MY HERO always said "ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END"

I hope we did you Proud Dad in carrying out your Legacy!

This Friday September 29/23 we will be featuring Indian Tacos for the Final weekend of the season. We will be unofficially closing for the Season Saturday September 30/23 at 6:30. If the weather stays nice in October we may have a few Pop Up Days. Thanks Again to our Loyal Customers for making it another Great Season.
