Due to cancellations and no shows, all orders now require a 50% non refundable down payment. It's say I have had to do this, but this is a hobby, not a business, every cake that is made has supplies bought for it and I cannot continue to get "stiffed" for lack of a better word. I value my clients that come back time after time, and truly enjoy making their cakes, so I do thank all of you and genuinely apologize for this new policy.
