Today is Rocco's last shift here before he heads off to University.
He's been a huge part of our business since day 1, from taking orders as a shy little 13 year old to now running the place when I am not around.
We've traveled all over Atlantic Canada, done all sorts of events and he has put up with my meltdowns and bad days.
He has flourished into a confident and capable young man and has helped us establish TacoBros and eventually open Caffè Italia.

We will miss him so much while he is away and I know it will be a tough task to fill the void he leaves in our restaurants, but we are very proud and excited for the adventure he is about to embark on.
