The dining room at the Gryphon now has 4 separate tables. Each bedroom has an en suite. The kitchen upstairs has two sinks, the lake level has one. Social distancing is very easy.

2016 will start officially in a couple of days when the snow is past.... The butterfly garden is well on the way. Just planting more milkweed and echinaceas. Should be a wonderful summer.

So it is turtle hatching season in Prince Edward County. This adorable little darling was found just by my front steps. He is a snapper. I have two nests of turtles - either snapping or painted - that will be hatching over the next few weeks. Too exciting. As well there were about 5 monarch butterflies on the budleia and canna lillies this weekend.
