Today we're showcasing Vandy's Sourdough Bread & Vandy's Creations
We're thrilled to welcome Vandana Amin of Vandy's Sourdough Bread & Creations to the Trenton Station Fresh & Local Market this season!
Vandana brings something truly special to the market. Her organic sourdough breads and baked goods are made using a 170-year-old sourdough starter, carrying generations of baking tradition into every loaf. From classic sourdough to creative flavours like Cheddar Jalapeño, Snickerdoodle, and Lemon Blueberry, her breads are full of flavour and character.
One thing we're especially excited about are her adorable mini sourdough sampler packs - we love them! It let's the market goers enjoy several flavours in one purchase. Alongside her breads, pretzels, and other baked treats, Vandana will also be bringing handcrafted wallets and memory wallets from her other business, Vandy's Creations.
Many local shoppers may already know Vandana from the New Glasgow Farmers Market, where she has built a loyal following for her delicious sourdough and commitment to quality ingredients. We are so excited to have her join our market community and can't wait for our visitors to experience her wonderful baking and creative craftsmanship firsthand.
