Our goal is to make our customers happy, by preparing and serving real, good, BBQ! A true Southern BBQ Joint does not close... they SELL OUT! We SELL OUT by the end of most Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights, so if you don't wait until 7:55PM to pop in. =)
