thanks for all the attentions, good or bad reviews comments, thank you,
let me break the ice here(from my bro Andrew)

1 i personally never reviewed any business, individual my self cause i don't feel i am on the position to judge, i don't wait for any service or anyone either except my wife, kids and court case, so why people wait 4 hours for dinner or judge a small business like us is all a bit beyond my understanding.

2 7Bao is just a small takeout Chinese restaurant not even 2 month old,I said sorry to all unsatisfied clients, I have fully refunded or give away extra or store credit, but looks like still not enough. i am working on the workflow and q.c. give me another month i will be very fine, i don't have any restaurant experience but a fast learner.

3 we have 3 head chefs in the kitchen, averagely 20 years experience($7000 per month averagely), chef Cai, started cooking since 1979, with all of these time working in the kitchen even though they are all idiots they can still offer you guys great Chinese food i guess.

4 if I have more money on the side, i'd rather hire another kitchen helper than a p.r. crisis specialist or a social net working guy to deal with this. cause again 7bao is just a small take out Chinese restaurant.
