Summer’s fading and that first cozy autumn breeze is here — back to school, back to routine. Which means it’s time to slow down, and MottoMotto Cafe is the spot to ease into the season with warm drinks and manga ☕📚

For many newbies (and even longtime fans), it’s a common question: why is manga mainly printed and sold in black & white?  
 
We wanted to share the main reasons behind it, and it’s kind of amazing how a post-war effort to save money turned into a lasting cultural tradition 📖🖤 
 
Come grab a copy off our shelf and pair it with our sweet ube matcha latte, the ultimate combo for a relaxing reading sesh 💜🍵

A wonderful performance was put on by for our cafe event. Our request to incorporate TLOU's main theme was eloquently melded into his musical and meditative journey.

We will definitely be having Zack perform again at the cafe, so stay tuned!
