Queens Harbour’s first anniversary did exactly that.
From immersive rooms and live entertainment to chef activations and unexpected moments around every corner, DEEP SEA transformed the night into an experience guests won’t forget.

We loved being a part of it, serving stamped coconuts, refreshing sorbet in fresh watermelon, and our chocolate strawberries from our Signature Bar and Light Up Bar, both customized to seamlessly match the event’s underwater aesthetic.

It’s always exciting to see how a simple food and beverage experience can become part of the overall story of an event.

Keeping the crews who keep the city powered refreshed. 🍍⚡

We had the opportunity to celebrate National Lineworker Appreciation Day with the incredible team at Toronto Hydro by serving up fresh pineapple smoothies as a small thank you for everything they do.

For this activation, we customized our light-up bar and designed a custom side table to create a setup that was as bright as the occasion itself. From blending fresh smoothies to serving every guest, every detail was designed to create a memorable experience.

For Melanie Lyne’s Sherway Gardens opening, Lalu transformed our Carriage Bar into a fully customized mocktail experience.

Guests enjoyed two handcrafted mocktails, freshly shaken and finished with edible flowers and fresh orange garnish for the perfect elevated touch.
