👇 Ingredients (for 17 pockets):
• 4 small cans of Tuna (image_8.png)
• 2 tbsp Fresh Cheese (Cream Cheese) (image_11.png)
• 2 tbsp Heavy Cream (Crème Fraîche 30%) (image_14.png)
• Seasonings: Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Paprika (image_18.png).
• Herbs: Dried Parsley (image_20.png).
• 💡 Optional: Chopped Green Olives.
Instructions:
1. The Filling: Mix tuna, cream cheese, heavy cream, seasonings, and herbs until combined and creamy (image_21.png).
2. The Assembly: Lay out a tortilla strip (or spring roll sheet) (image_25.png). Add a dollop of crème fraîche, then a slice of 'croque monsieur' cheese (image_29.png). Spoon on the tuna filling, and top with shredded Mozzarella (image_31.png).
3. The Seal: Fold into a triangular pocket. Seal the edges using a "food glue" (flour & water paste) applied with a brush (image_37.png) to prevent leaks.
