Behind every great bite, there’s a dreamer who made it happen. 👨‍🍳✨

For Alfie’s, that dreamer is Chef Alex Rad — the owner and creative force behind Alfie’s and SmoQue N’ Bones. From mastering smoke and fire to spending countless late nights perfecting every recipe, Alex built Alfie’s out of pure passion, faith, and an uncompromising love for flavour.

Inspired by Italy, he insisted on small-batch, 72-hour fermented bread, fresh, premium ingredients, and a level of care you can truly taste in every bite.

But Alfie’s isn’t just about sandwiches — it’s about craft, community, and doing things the right way. Every flavour, every texture, every detail tells the story of Alex’s journey and his belief that simple food, made with heart, can be extraordinary. 🇮🇹❤️
