We wanted to let everyone know that Xola Mexican Food will be temporarily closed from Thursday, May 21 to Saturday, May 23, due to city construction work currently taking place directly in front of our restaurant 😔 🚧

In Mexico, Pan de Mu**to (Spanish for 'Bread of the Dead') is traditionally baked in the weeks leading up to the Día de Mu**tos (Day of the Dead), celebrated on November 1st and 2nd. This sweet bread features a round bun or dome shape, with a sweetened, soft texture flavored with orange zest, orange blossom, and anise. Available for purchase are 1 large piece for $5 and 6 cupcakes for $20.
